部署PHP的网站时，由于index.php配置引起问题

问题一、ThinkPHP3.2.3 { Fast & Simple OOP PHP Framework}

当访问站点，出现这个提示时“ThinkPHP3.2.3 { Fast & Simple OOP PHP Framework}”，就需要检查index.php文件

1.在入口文件index.php 添加一行 define('APP_DEBUG',true);

2.删除缓存,即删除文件夹Runtime,重新运行

问题二、
application/runtime/cache/home 报错

当访问站点，出现这个提示时“ _storage_write_error
application/runtime/cache/home”

问题三、删除文件夹Runtime，弹出的提示“你需要来着phpmyadmin_pool的权限才能对此文件夹进行更改”，如图：

在入口文件index.php ，找到 define('APP_DEBUG',true);改成define('APP_DEBUG',false)，

可以解决PHP部署的web站点访问不了cache，而造成登录应用系统失败
